Right from the beginning entering the lobby I could tell we would love our stay here. There was a cute little bar and the interior design was beautiful. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and checked us in efficiently. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. There is a cute roof terrace with a very small pool. Enough to dip in to cool off. There ass a gym with a treadmill but I’m typically after more weights - it wasn’t a focus for my stay here though so didn’t bother me. I found the location to be quite good after I found my way around the streets. I’d stay here again and would recommend it.

Great small hotel with very friendly and pleasant staff, who is ready to support. Our room was ready even though we arrived two hours prior to the official check in hours. Design and decorations in the hotel lobby and not only are quite pleasant and the music chosen for background is very nice. Very central locations with many sites in a short walking distance. And the rooftop views are absolutely stunning.

We liked Palma Suites a lot. Our room was clean, bright, airy and spacious. Well appointed and had everything we need including modern amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel location is very convenient as well that restaurants, tourist places and stores were all walking distance from it. The staff are happy to receive us and offered exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was good too. We will definitely check-in Palma Suites when we're in Palma De Mallorca again!

Great room, very nice staff, great bar. Overall the decor is very pretty, and the AC did not struggle to keep up with the record high temperatures.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good facilities in the apartment. Very clean. Nice roof terrace. Superb choice of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Bar Flexlas (food and drink restaurant) and Palma Pollo (2) on C Joan Alcover for amazing take away.

Palma Suite Aparthotel is absolutely gorgeous. We loved the décor the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The main reception area, breakfast room and bar are really beautifully decorated. The location is in the old town, hence more characterful. There is a roof terrace giving you a panoramic view of Palma it is a peaceful area to chill out on with the addition of a small plunge pool. Our room had everything needed for our stay. Nicely decorated throughout and very functional. There are washing machine available if needed and a small gym area. The glass roof in the reception area is stunning. We have already rebooked for next February.

This apartment hotel is just superb. Located in the old city with easy access to everything important. It exceeded our expectations and we had a marvelous stay. The personnel were just great and the kitchen area had a very generous number of “tools” if you are up to making your own dinners. We had the Junior suite this time which is big enough for two people, but I guess we choose the next level in size next time which hopefully is not far away.

Perfect location close to Placa Mayor and the Cathedral. The flat was well furnished and the kitchen well equipped. The staff was kind and helpful. As a welcoming gift, we found a bottle of wine and water. As we had a late flight, we could spend some time on the beautiful terrace with a view of the Cathedral.
